Ordering
Ordering is Easy!  Online: We can process your order in the fastest possible way if you place your order online. Simply select desired items and add them to your shopping cart.
By Phone or Fax: Call us at 1-800-243-8705. Please have your credit card account number and expiration date ready.  Please note: The charge on your credit card statement will be processed through the Wellness Group. Please call 1-800-252-0604 if you have payment questions.

We strive to make all items on FunFreshFoods.com available at all times.  However, from time to time, items that we carry may be unavailable.  When this is the case, this will be indicated on a confirmation email.  Additionally, we will adjust the order quantities and corresponding amount due accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified. Normal shipping & handling charge is $7.99 for orders shipped within the USA, including orders to Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping is free for orders over $99.00. Orders shipped to Canada pay $8.95 plus $2.00 insurance unless otherwise specified. For International, Next Day and 2nd Day Air, please call for freight and insurance charges if they are not provided online at checkout. Our staff makes every effort possible to process and ship your order promptly.
Once your order has shipped, FunFresh Foods will send a shipping confirmation via email. If shipment tracking information is available, it will be included in your confirmation email. Shipment tracking information is usually available the next business day after the package has been shipped.

To view your order(s), login to your account and click on the "My Account" option.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, login to your account and click on the "My Account" option where options to edit your information are displayed.
Returns
Due to the safety concerns regarding food product tampering, we have chosen not to re-ship products that have been delivered to a customer's home. Therefore we do not accept returns, so please verify at checkout that you are ordering the correct product.

If any items were damaged during shipment or the wrong item was shipped or some other problem occurred with your shipment, please feel free to contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Privacy & Security
When you register on our site, we collect your name, address, telephone number and email address, along with any other personal information that you voluntarily provide. When you place an order with us, we also collect your credit card number and card expiration date. We use this information to process and fill your order, to contact you about the order and in the case of voluntary information, to understand and serve you better. We will not provide for use or resell your information to any party outside of the company and/or its direct affiliates.
